What I Offer
A therapeutic process that’s attuned to you — a space for the change, healing, or growth that feels most needed right now.
None of us arrived in life with an instruction manual, and I don’t work from one either.
Instead, we listen together for what wants to unfold, drawing upon a range of tools to faciliatate transformation.
Elements of my approach
Integrative
My work brings together person-centred therapy with experiential and embodied approaches such as Internal Family Systems (IFS) and coaching. While each method has its own language, they all share a common foundation — the belief that genuine healing arises when we meet our inner experience with compassion, curiosity, and presence. I see therapy as a collaborative and creative process: a space to listen to the body’s wisdom, explore the parts of you that seek care, and gently release what has been held or constrained. Whether through conversation, inner exploration, my intention is to support a gradual return to balance, authenticity, and wholeness — a reconnection with the deeper self that knows how to heal and move forwards.
Coaching
Coaching is a forward-looking approach that helps you move from insight into action. It focuses on where you are now and where you want to be — exploring the choices, and actions that can open that path. Through clear questions and reflective dialogue, coaching supports you to uncover what feels most alive and purposeful, and to take meaningful steps toward it. It’s about creating momentum and direction, translating inner clarity into real change.
Person-Centred Therapy
Person-centred therapy is less a technique and more a way of being with another human being. It’s grounded in the belief that genuine healing happens when we feel truly seen, heard, and accepted as we are. In our work together, I aim to offer a space that feels real — one where you can lay down the masks, slow down, and listen to what’s moving inside you. I don’t come with answers or interpretations, but with presence and curiosity. As trust grows, new meanings often begin to reveal themselves naturally, and you may start to feel more in touch with your own vitality, direction, and inner wisdom.
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Internal Family Systems, or IFS, is a gentle yet transformative approach that recognises we are made up of many different “parts” — distinct inner voices, feelings, or subpersonalities that each hold their own stories and intentions. Some parts carry pain or fear from the past; others work tirelessly to protect us from that pain. Through mindful curiosity and compassion, IFS invites us to listen to these inner parts rather than suppress or judge them.
In sessions, we create a calm, accepting space where every part of you is welcome. As you begin to turn toward these inner voices with understanding, the system naturally starts to relax and reorganise. Stuck emotions and protective patterns can release, and a deeper sense of Self — calm, wise, and connected — can emerge as the guiding centre.
