About Arian

You don’t have to translate yourself first.

I’m Arian. I offer therapy for neurodivergent adults, with a particular welcome for men aged 18–30 who feel different, stuck, or privately unable to cope.

I’m a neurodivergent therapist myself, with ADHD and autism. That lived experience shapes how I listen: with care for the effort it can take to explain what is happening, and without asking you to make yourself easier to understand. I’m a registered member of the BACP and offer flexible online sessions across the UK.

Does this sound familiar?

You can be capable and still be struggling.

  • Sensory overload that leaves you worn out.
  • Starting and finishing things feels harder than it should.
  • Shame and procrastination keep getting in the way.
  • Your emotions feel intense, or difficult to come back from.
  • You go quiet instead of saying what you need.
  • Burnout and social exhaustion are taking more than people see.
  • Low mood and loneliness are becoming familiar.
  • Dating, friendships, and intimacy feel confusing or tiring.
  • You are not sure who you are or where you are going.

How it works

A first step can be simple.

You don’t need a diagnosis, a polished story, or a clear goal before you get in touch. You don’t have to know what to say.

What therapy can hold

Areas I work with

Start with the question that brought you here.

These pages are here for the particular things that can be hard to explain. You can read one quietly, then decide whether to get in touch.

Client reflections

“I'd always assumed everyone found things this hard and I was just worse at dealing with it. Therapy helped me understand myself a lot better and stop constantly beating myself up. I still have difficult weeks, but I don't feel like I'm fighting against myself all the time anymore.”

James, 24

You don’t need the right words. We can start with what you notice, what feels difficult, or even the fact that it is hard to explain.

Can I have my camera off?
