About Me

I’m Arian, a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist with an MSc in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Keele University. My path into this work has been shaped by a long personal search for healing, authenticity, and connection.

For more than twelve years I’ve explored meditation and mindfulness, spending periods living in monasteries and meditation centres in Thailand and Australia. These experiences continue to ground me in presence and teach me how to meet others with openness and genuine curiosity. Alongside my formal psychotherapy training, I’ve studied holistic systems such as Ayurveda and explored shamanic perspectives on transformation. I’m also interested in the field of psychedelics and how, when approached with care and integration, they can illuminate our inner world and support growth.

All of these influences inform the way I hold space — quietly, attentively, and with respect for the wisdom already present in each person. I see therapy as a meeting of two human beings: a place to slow down, listen deeply, and allow what wants to emerge to do so in its own time.
